Hygienic Tube™ is manufactured to AS 1528.1 from cold-rolled Grade 304L stainless steel coil complying with ASTM A240/A240M. The completed tube is polished to a 320-grit finish.
Manufactured to AS 1528.1 standard for stainless steel tube for food processing and hygienic applications.
Coil yield strength 170 MPa minimum. Tensile strength typical 485 MPa. Elongation expected 40% minimum.
Standard length is 6.0m, other lengths are available by arrangement. Mill lead times and MOQs apply.
